Anime sequels and returning series dominate Crunchyroll’s Summer 2023 list, but which shows are worth your precious time?

Here are eight of the best anime sequels to consider on Crunchyroll as they make their way to the new Summer release list, including Jujutsu Kaisen and Mushoku Tensei.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2: July 6

Jujutsu Kaisen is finally back with another two-episode release for its second season with the new anime broadcast list – meaning there’s plenty of cursed content to enjoy both this Summer and Autumn.

The second season of MAPPA’s popular series will adapt the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death Arc and Shibuya Incident Arc from the original manga series as we see past trauma and present-day wars intertwine.
