Can I skip any Demon Slayer episode
Anime can sometimes be filled with so-called “filling” chapters, intros designed to kill time until the manga source material introduces new issues for the TV show’s adaptation. That’s not really the case in Demon Slayer.
Some episodes can be a little slow, especially in the middle third of the first season, but everything is worth watching. If you’ve watched the Mugen Train movie recently, we recommend you skip the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train arc.

The first season, which aired in 2019, is 26 episodes long and you should watch it from start to finish.

Here it gets a little harder to follow. The sequel to the first season was released as a movie: Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. The wildly successful Demon Slayer movie was also adapted for a television broadcast as part of the Demon Slayer season 2.
This ‘Mugen Train’ arc is seven episodes long, followed by 11 completely original episodes in the ‘Entertainment District’ arc. Demon Slayer season 2 is 18 episodes long in total.
To keep things simple, we recommend watching Demon Slayer season 1 and then choosing. anyone to watch the Mugen Train feature film or the Mugen Train synopsis (Episodes 27-33). From there you can watch the Entertainment District arc (Episodes 33-44)

A second Demon Slayer “movie”, To the Swordsmith Village, was released in early 2023. Entertainment District brings together episodes 10 and 11 of the broadcast and the Swordsmith Village arc, the first episode of season 3.

Demon Slayer Season 3, titled ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc,’ is an anime adaptation of volumes twelve to fifteen (chapters 98–127) of the manga series. This season consists of 11 episodes and aired from April 9 to June 18, 2023. It continues the story of Tanjiro and his comrades as they travel to the Swordsmith Village. In the village, Tanjiro reunites with two Hashira members, Muichiro Tokito and Mitsuri Kanroji, and together they face new challenges and battle against demons. The season features stunning animation, introduces new characters and conflicts, and showcases the Infinity Castle, where powerful demons gather. The opening theme is ‘Kizuna no Kiseki’ (Miracle of Bonds), and the ending theme is ‘Koi Kogare’ (Yearning), both performed by Man with a Mission and Milet. Fans have received the season well, and it has also received an English dub, available for streaming on Crunchyroll since May 28, 2023.
